Locked out, key snapped, or a door that will not lock? Pick up the phone at any hour and we come to you.
What do people call us for at night?
- The apartment door closed behind them and the keys are on the kitchen table.
- The building door key stopped working on the way home from a late shift.
- The key snapped off and the other half is stuck in the lock.
- The shop will not lock up at closing time.
- A purse or a key ring got lost and the lock has to change tonight.
Will you have to break the lock?
Not if we can help it. Drilling is what we do when nothing else works, and we say so before we start. When a lock does have to come out, we can put a new one on the door during the same visit in most cases.
What do you need from me on the phone?
The address, the apartment number, and which door it is: the street door or your own. If your phone is in your hand, a picture of the lock helps us bring the right parts.
How does the job go?
Tell us about the door on the phone, or text us a picture of it, and we give you a written quote before any work starts. We do the work, then you try the lock and the keys yourself before we leave.
Common questions
Is someone really there at 3 in the morning?
Our phone line runs 24/7. Call and you can tell us what is going on at any hour.
Do you work on shop doors too?
Yes. A shop that will not lock at night is the same kind of call as an apartment lockout.
